Privacy notice.

We collect only what we need to assess applications, verify allocators and send the research. We process it under UK GDPR.

• What we collect. Your name, work email, firm, role, firm type, assets band, how you heard about us, optional LinkedIn profile, research interests and any survey answers you choose to give.
• Why. To review your application, verify that you are an allocator, send research you have agreed to receive and, if you opt in, include your anonymised answers in the Allocator Survey.
• Lawful basis. Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and our legitimate interest in verifying applicants.
• Who sees it. The editors, and the service providers that host the site, run our mailing list and store our records, under contract. We never sell or share the list.
• How long. For as long as you are a member, and up to 12 months after an application is declined or you leave, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to the address below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
